Spiritual Recovery

We start each morning with guided meditation by the pool (weather permitting), and we end each day with gratitude meditation. Depending on your individualized program, we offer a variety of spiritual exercises, such as 3rd step prayers in the morning and mindfulness exercises throughout the day. We also offer guidance and counseling to those who have been spiritually abused. We take residents to spiritual services each week, depending on each resident’s choice, and we have relationships with local spiritual leaders to assist in the most pivotal of relationships in the recovery process.  We fully believe, as the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous, that it is our Higher Power that keeps us sober in the context of supportive relationships.
